What Is Homes for Heroes?
Homes for Heroes is a national program that was established after 9/11 as a tangible way to say THANK YOU to our local & national heroes for all that they do. Most heroes save thousands of dollars when they buy or sell a home with us. Their job is to help others. Our job is to help them.
Homes for Heroes Realtors are committed to serving American heroes and maximizing what they can save on a home.

How much can you save?
After her husband passed away Mrs. V was ready do downsize. She received a check for selling her rural home & another check when she bought a smaller home in town. Her hero rewards totaled over $6500! As a general rule, heroes receive 0.7% of the price of the home. On average, our heroes save over $3,000 when they buy or sell a home. It’s our way to say, “thank you for your service.”
Homes for Heroes Foundation
On top of receiving a check back after closing, when a hero works with a Homes for Heroes local real estate specialist, Homes for Heroes, Inc. donates a portion of its earning to the Homes for Heroes Foundation. Through the foundation, the hero that bought or sold a home is also helping other fellow heroes. The Homes for Heroes Foundation reached a milestone in 2021 when it went over $1 million in awarded grants. Some of the recent organizations that have received these foundation grants include:
