Cindy Bailey has lived, worked and raised her family in Texas since 1978. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree through Texas Woman’s University in 1991 and her Texas Real Estate Salesperson’s License from Austin Institute of Real Estate in 2000. She worked for both First American Properties and Star of Texas ERA in Austin before joining the Burnet based Hanszen Real Estate office in 2006. Cindy got her Real Estate Broker License through Champion School of Real Estate in 2011 and purchased Hanszen Real Estate in December of that year. The name of the brokerage was changed to Hanszen-Bailey Real Estate Services in 2014. Paige Lewallen is a long-time resident of central Texas. Raised in Austin, Paige and her husband moved to Burnet with their first son in 2013 and she has since been gaining working knowledge of the industry through family and friends. She had her second son in 2018 and decided to pursue her real estate license and achieved that goal in January of 2020. With two sons in Burnet schools, a real estate mogul for a mother and a home builder for a husband, Paige has developed a well-rounded knowledge and experience in the real estate industry in the Highland Lakes and surrounding areas.
